This policy explains what personal data we collect through indiemarketr.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. indiemarketr is operated by Flintr Technologies, based in India. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Flintr Technologies.

What we collect and why

When you sign up for a free resource

When you enter your email to get a resource like the ICP Scoring Sheet, we collect:

• your email address
• the resource you asked for
• the page you signed up on, and the page that referred you to it
• the date and time of the signup

We use this to give you the resource, and to email you new guides and updates now and then. We process this data with your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see Your rights).

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of our conversation.

When you book a call

Our “Book a call” links take you to Cal.com, a scheduling service. The details you enter there, such as your name, email and any notes, are collected by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the call.

When you visit the site

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. To serve pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site.

Cookies and browser storage

We don’t set any cookies. When you sign up for a resource, the site saves a small note in your browser’s local storage so it can show you the resource again without asking for your email. It contains no personal data, and you can remove it by clearing your browser’s site data.

If you open a Google Sheet we share, or book a call on Cal.com, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Who we share your data with

We don’t sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, and only as much as they need:

• Google (Google Workspace), which stores signups in Google Sheets and handles our email.
• Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the site.
• Cal.com, which handles call bookings.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

These providers may store and process data outside India, including in the United States. We use providers with established security and privacy practices.

How long we keep it

We keep signup details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep email conversations for as long as they are useful for our work together, and delete them when they are not.

How we protect it

We use reputable providers, restrict access to the accounts that hold your data, and collect only what we need. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• have it corrected, completed or updated
• have it erased
• withdraw your consent at any time
• raise a grievance with us, and escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India if we don’t resolve it
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to or restrict our use of your data, to receive it in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, or to unsubscribe, email [email protected] or reply to any email we send with “unsubscribe”. We aim to respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.

Children

This site is meant for founders and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will say so on this page.
